But her thirst for adventure couldn't be contained, and two years ago, she made a splash in Houston, Texas, settling in the waterside town of Seabrook.

While in Virginia Beach, Kim honed her superpowers at Strayer University, earning an associate degree in business management. Her love for learning shines through, ensuring she stays sharp and prepared to answer all of her customer’s insurance questions.

When she's not saving the day with her insurance knowledge, you can find Kim indulging in her secret passion...the beach! In between beach visits she loves tending to her yard and creating magnificent planters. And watch out during the holidays, as Kim transforms into the Decorator Dynamo, spreading festive cheer faster than a flash!

Kim a superhuman sport enthusiast, with a special love for Houston pro baseball and college football. A house divided, she bravely cheers for Mississippi State, while her husband valiantly supports the Oregon Ducks. But it's not just about fun and games for Kim – she's also a dedicated philanthropist. She uses her powers for good, donating clothing to women shelters and providing jigsaw puzzles to rehab and long-term care facilities, bringing joy and therapy to those in need.

Family is the fortress that Kim holds dear. Her husband, a Navy veteran of 46 years, proudly served his country, while their youngest son continues the family legacy, serving in the Marine Corps like a true hero. Together, they form a formidable force, ready to protect and serve.

Isaiah, our Business Lines Specialist is on a mission to empower small businesses and side hustlers! Hailing from Albany, NY, Isaiah brought his experience in the insurance and financial services industry to the vibrant city of Richmond a little over a year ago.

Isaiah has a strong desire to help improve people's lives financially. This passion drew him to the insurance and financial services industry, where he has worked as a Bank Manager and a Financial Representative for three years. He has helped his own family and their businesses create and maintain operational success, growing their fiscal value by making them aware of valuable resources. Now, Isaiah aims to extend this same support and guidance to others while helping businessowners protect their hard-earned business and the employees that work in them.

With his keys to success being relatability, compassion, and persistence, Isaiah strives to create meaningful connections with his customers and their families. With his attentive nature, focused mindset, and independent spirit, Isaiah is poised to make a lasting impact on the business community.

Patry is so much more than a Marking Coordinator! Hailing from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Patry brings her superpowers of compassion, resilience, and patience to the world of marketing. With her radiant smile, she welcomes current and potential customers to our office, spreading positivity and warmth.

Having moved to central VA for her husband's new job, Wonder Patry's favorite place to be is the ocean, where she finds solace and draws inspiration for her mission to shield individuals and businesses from financial risks. Fluent in Spanish, she effortlessly communicates the importance of insurance, whether it be car insurance, liability coverage, business insurance, or renters insurance.

Patry discovered her passion for helping people while working in the insurance industry back in the Dominican Republic. Her experience in customer care led her to a fulfilling career in the financial services industry, where she educates and empowers families to protect their loved ones.

Armed with a Marketing Bachelor's degree from Universidad Dominicana O&M, Patry is not only a powerhouse in the professional world but also a licensed cosmetologist. With dreams of opening her own business one day, she embodies the spirit of ambition and determination.

But that's not all! Patry is also a Super Mom, balancing her superhero duties with being a loving wife and mother to her 7-year-old boy and two adorable dogs, Santiago and Luna. On weekends, you'll find her spending quality time with her family, going for runs, and practicing Pilates.
