"How is it possible that I have almost about a month asking to be canceled and reimbursed for this insurance that I contracted? I call and the only thing they tell me is that they will soon refund me, I don't really understand anything, it's not fair, my name is Neginon Gómez And I'm still waiting for answers. That's not what Maria mentioned to me when she called me, I don't know what's really going on, I just know that I need my refund as soon as possible since I'm not using this insurance please"
"Neginon thank you for your comments. We understand your frustration, unfortunately we could not process your policy cancellation until your address had been updated, otherwise the refund check would have been mailed to the wrong address. I can see in our system that Maria submitted the address change and the cancellation. The policy has been fully cancelled in our system, now it's a matter of USPS getting you the refund check. Our team working hard to control the controlables, unfortunately there were several pieces of this process out of our control."
