"I don't even know where to begin. We had an absolutely horrible experience with this office. We could literally never get a straight answer from anyone in the office. Tracey was rarely available to help us when we had questions. My husband ended up having the majority of the interactions with the office because I became so frustrated that I was ready to fire her within the first month of us having her as our agent. My poor husband repeatedly got the run around and got to the point that every single one of his interactions with the people in the office was negative. He did become irate several times because we had been repeatedly lied to and could never get our questions answered. It got to the point that no one in the office would speak to us and our only interactions were through email. We have switched to a different agent who is wonderful. If you need an agent that will actually do their job, I recommend Kim Simmons. I'm sure Tracey will have something to say in the comments, but she and her office staff all know that they did a terrible job and are completely inept."
